Thats an Interceptor, a Fueler wouldnt have an overseas serial. The dropouts and tubing are too thin and the rear stays and forks arent butted on his. And the Blue headbadge is also a dead givaway, a 94 fueler would have a red/purple/black one. 94 Fueler actually had completely differerent shaped dropouts. 95/96 Fuelers dropouts are shaped like the Interceptor's but about 3x thicker, and the butted rear stays with extra welds. I have a 94 fueler, check it out in my bikes. 94 fueler had regular dropouts. The frameset pictured in the 94 catalog is just a freak of nature one off prototype. Also look at my bike to see what decals really came on the 94 fueler framesets. Bloghogs wrote: Big size tubes = fueler. Thats an Interceptor, a Fueler wouldnt have an overseas serial. Look at the serial # the production # is double digit. Way too low to be a 94. They start making the year models half way through the previous year. Thats early in the 95 run. The 94 catalog pic is not a freak of nature, thats what they looked like. I saw them come through my lbs bitd. Last edited by djd93306 (2010-11-14 7:25am). The decals on my 94 were only used in 94. Those odd dropouts in the 94 catalog were only used on a handful of frames that were tested preproduction. The production frames all had the same dropouts like mine, it was cheaper for gt to just use what they had instead of investing in the tooling to make entirely new dropouts for just a single frameset. The dropouts are actually each 2 dropouts welded together to double its thickness. Nintendoninja wrote: i have a 94 fueler, check it out in my bikes. 94 fueler had regular dropouts.
